Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 02.04.2018 in WPC No. 880 of 2018, the petitioner has filed an application for recall of respondent No. 4 before the competent authority on 07.05.2018 and now the petitioner has filed this writ petition for issuance of direction to the concerned authority for recall of respondent No. 4. 2.

Since by order dated 02.04.2018, this Court has already given direction to respondent authorities to decide the petitioner's application

expeditiously, therefore, no further directions can be given. The petitioner now has to wait for reasonable time and if no action is taken by the competent authority then he can proceed in accordance with law. 3.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with above stated observation. No order as to cost(s).
