Without entering into the merits and without expressing any opinion so far as the entitlement of the petitioner is concerned, the writ petition is disposed of at this juncture directing the respondent No. 2 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner, if pending till date, so far as his claim for grant of compassionate appointment is concerned. Let an appropriate decision be taken at the earliest preferably within a period of 120 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order
