1. Heard on I.A.Nos.01/2017 and 02/2017 for exemption from personal appearance of Collector, Rajnandgaon and Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Rajnandgaon.

2. On due consideration, I.A.No.01 and 02 are allowed. They are exempted from their personal appearance.

3. Learned State Counsel would submit that the State is ready and willing to allot the land to the petitioner Society at village Rewadih, Tahsil and District Rajnandgaon.

4. In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner society may be allowed to make a representation for allotment of land before the State authorities, which may be directed to be considered expeditiously.

5. Be that as it may, it is directed that if the petitioner society files a representation, the State authorities will take steps to resolve the dispute within a period of three months from today. It is expected that the State authorities will expedite the matter as the matter is old one.

6. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed off. No order as to cost(s).
