This is a petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure whereby prayer is made that this Court by an order dated 27.06.2016 granted bail to the applicant in MCRC No.1912 of 2016; however, by inadvertent mistake name of the applicant has been shown as Devnath Yadav whereas his actual name is Devanand Yadav. Therefore, the name of the applicant may be amended accordingly.

Perused the document, which is not opposed by the State counsel that the actual name of the applicant is Devanand Yadav who is granted bail in Crime No.172/2015 registered at Police StationRatanpur, Bilaspur (C.G.) under Section 420, 407, 408, 467 of the Indian Penal Code and 3 & 7 of Essential Commodities Act. 3.
Having regard to the facts of this case, it is observed that in the order dated 27.06.2016, passed in MCRC No.1912 of 2016, the name of the applicant be read as Devanand Yadav in place of Devnath Yadav.
