Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has filed an application under Section 178 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 which is pending consideration before the Tahsildar, District Bemetara since 06.10.2017 and it has not been decided till date. 2.

Be that as it may, the Tahsildar, District Bemetara is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application after hearing the parties expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
