The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No. 485/2020 registered in Police Station City Kotwali, District Durg (C.G.) for offence punishable under section 436 of Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, on the date of incident on 18/07/2020 the applicant entered into quarrel with his aunt and thereafter after putting kerosene oil on the cylinder put it on fire.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the case and no objection has been given by the victim who has made the report i.e. the aunt. He submits that charge sheet has been filed, therefore the applicant may be released on bail. 4.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.

Considering the nature of allegation, charge sheet has been filed, no further evidence is required and the applicant is in jail since 19/07/2020, this court is inclined to release the applicant on bail.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant shall be released on his furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for his regular appearance before it as and when directed.
