1. This is an office reference based on the request letter dated 24/08/2020 sent by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raipur for extension of time for final disposal of the trial as directed by this Court vide order dated 20/05/2020.

2. This Court vide order dated 20/05/2020 had granted a time of 45 days to conclude the trial and thereafter, again by order dated 21/07/2020, 30 days' further time was granted to comply with the order, which has not been complied with and further extension of time has been sought.

3. Considering the request made and the grounds stated in the letter, further time of two weeks is granted to dispose of the said trial by taking the trial on day-to-day basis. It is made clear that no further request letters for extension of time will be entertained by this Court.

4. Accordingly, this Cr.M.P. stands disposed of.
