(2) This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.186/2015 registered at Police Station Dabhra, District Janjgir-Champa, for the offence punishable
under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. (3) The first bail application of the applicants was dismissed as withdrawn by order of this Court dated 08.10.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No.5311/2015.
(4) After hearing learning counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, nature and gravity of the offence and the fact that trial is on advance stage and seven material prosecution witnesses have already been examined before the trial Court, therefore, the bail application is disposed off with a direction to trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible and submit a report regarding conclusion of the trial.
