1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the dispute regarding disbursement of compensation is pending before the Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), Pusore and civil suit filed by Shakuntala has already been dismissed.

2. Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation before the Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), Pusore, who shall consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation as early as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of its receipt along with certified

copy of this order after noticing all affected parties. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
