1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.235/2015, registered in Police Station Kansabel, District Jashpur for offence under Sections 302, 392, 323, 34 of IPC.

2. This is the Second Bail Application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. The first bail application was dismissed on merits on 16.05.2016 without reserving any liberty in favour of the applicant.

3. In view of the fact that the earlier bail application was dismissed on merits, no case for taking any different view in the matter is made out. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed.
