1. The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he is in jail since 22.08.2020 in connection with Crime No. 89/2020 registered in Police Station- Shankargarh, District Balrampur-Ramanujganj (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 186, 294, 353,506 of IPC.

2. I.A. No 02 of 2020, application for withdrawal of bail application.

3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants want to withdraw this bail application as charge-sheet has been filed before the concerned court below by the prosecution, therefore, the applicants want to file bail application before the court below.
