1. A request letter has been received from Family Court of Principal Judge, Bilaspur, C.G. praying for extension of time limit granted by this Court to dispose off the Civil Suit No.189-A/2018 between the parties Devi Prasad Gupta Vs. Smt. Usha Gupta.

2. This Court had while disposing off the W.P.(227) No.164 of 2020 on 12.02.2020 directed the Family Court to expedite the proceeding and conclude the same within a period of six months.

3. After considering on the reasons for the extension prayed for, I feel inclined to allow this prayer. The further period of four months is granted to conclude the proceeding mentioned hereinabove.
