Heard on application for modification of the order dated 29.06.2016, passed in M.Cr.C. No. 3153/2016.

Counsel for the petitioner submit that due to mistake, in the order sheet of the trial Court, the name of the applicant, Prabhat @ Ramnarayan has wrongly been mentioned but actually the name of the applicant is Prabhat @ Ramayan.

Perused the record. After perusal of the record, it is directed that in the order dated 29.06.2016 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 3153 of 2016, the name of the applicant Prabhat @ Ramnarayan be read as Prabhat @ Ramayan.
