This is an application filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant, who is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.477/2019 registered at Police Station P.S. Kotwali Ambikapur, District Surguja (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366/34 of the IPC and Section 17 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act.
