1. Heard on I.A. No.01 which is an application for impleadment of the Commissioner, Bilaspur Division, Bilaspur as necessary party.

2. The same is not opposed by the State counsel.

3. Accordingly, I.A. No.01 stands allowed. Let necessary amendment be carried out during the course of the day itself.

4. Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners at this juncture may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the Commissioner, Bilaspur Division i.e. the respondent no.6 for ventilating their grievance. According to the petitioners, the compensation, for the land belonging to the petitioners which has been acquired, has not been properly quantified and therefore, they intend to approach the Commissioner for redressal of their grievance.

5. The prayer made by the petitioners is accepted.

6. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn, reserving the right of the petitioners to approach the concerned Commissioner for ventilating their grievance by making a suitable representation.
