Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 03/07/2018 1.

The grievance of the petitioner in the instant Writ Petition is that, in spite of the fact that the petitioner is retired with effect from 31/01/2018, the respondents have till date not processed the retiral dues which the petitioner is entitled for.

2.

Given the limited nature of dispute, this Court does not intend to keep the Writ Petition pending, rather ends of justice would meet if the Writ Petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondents No.3 & 4 to take a decision so far as the retiral dues including pensionary benefits if any

payable to the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from today.

3.

It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise the respondents No.3 & 4 of the order passed by this Court.

4.

The Writ Petition accordingly stands allowed and disposed off. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Sumit JUDGE
