1. This is the third bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connnection with Crime No. 117/2017 registered at Police Station - Bhanpuri, District Bastar, Chhattisgarh for the offence punishable under Section 20-B of Narcotics Drugs and Pschyotropic Substance Act, 1985.

2. First and second bail applications preferred by the applicant have both been rejected vide orders dated 09/04/2018 and 28/08/2018 respectively.

3. After hearing learned counsel for the applicant and considering the fact that the applicant was found in possession of 83 kgs of ganja and in light of provisions contained under Section 37 (1) (b) of the NDPS Act, 1985, I do not consider it a fit case to entertain the third bail application filed by the applicant.

4. Accordingly, the third bail application filed by the applicant under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. stands rejected.
