1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.60/2020 registered in Police Station Basantpur, District Balrampur-Ramanujganj for offence under Section 363, 366, 376 and 506 of the IPC and Section 6 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

2. The applicant has abducted and committed forcible sexual intercourse with the victim aged about 15 years on the date of occurrence. The victim and her mother had appeared through Video Conferencing and raised objection in enlarging the applicant on bail.

3. Considering the age of the victim, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the application is rejected with liberty to the applicant to revive his prayer after examination of the victim.
