Agrawal Order On Board /07/201 (1) The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 544/2015 registered at Police Station Nandghat (Outpost- Chandnu), District Bemetara (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 34(2) of the Chhattisgarh Excise Act, 1915. (2) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by this Court vide order dated 08.03.2016 passed in M.Cr.C. No.1136 of 2016. (3) Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties, having regard to the facts & circumstances of the case, I do no find any change in circumstances to entertain this second bail application. Accordingly, the second bail application is rejected.
