18.08.2021 Heard on prayer for grant for leave to appeal. Taking into consideration the submission of learned State counsel that the appellant's wife sustained head injury in the matrimonial house and an oral dying deceleration was given by her to her father Bifna (PW-4) and that the clothes of the accused was found stained with human blood, we are inclined to grant to leave to appeal.
Let the appeal filed by the State be registered as Acquittal Appeal and be listed for further orders.
CRMP is accordingly disposed off.
