By filing this criminal reyision, the petitioners challenged the legality and propriety ofthe order passed on 18-11-2014 in Criminal Revision No.31/2014 by Sessions Judge, Rajnandgaon whereby and whereunder the learned Sessions Judge directed the petitioners to remain present for further hearing before the Court ofJudicial Magistrate First Class, Rajnandgaon on 29-11-2014. 3.
