Petitioner has failed to comply the order dated 01.07.2011 within a week and has failed to pay the cost of Rs. 500/-. Considering the submission of learned counsel for both the parties, one opportunity is provided to the petitioner. Tax Case No. 35 of 2011, dismissed for non compliance of order dated 25.08.2014, be restored to its original number, if petitioner pays the cost of Rs. 5000/-, in addition to cost (Rs. 500/-) already awarded, within 7 days from today to the High Court Legal Services Authority^ Sd/"
