Agrawal Order On Board 13/01/2020 (1) Counsel for the petitioner is heard on restoration petition. (2) The petitioner is seeking restoration of Writ Petition (Cr.) No. 192 of 2015 which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 30.04.2019.

(3) On due consideration of the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the grounds taken in the restoration petition, I am satisfied that the absence of petitioner's counsel on 30.04.2019 when Writ Petition (Cr.) No. 192 of 2015 was taken-up for hearing was based on bona fide grounds.

(4) M.C.C. No. 757/2019, therefore, is allowed and Writ Petition (Cr.) No. 192 of 2015 is restored to its original number.
