After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the application with liberty to apply for grant of regular bail. He however submits that in the circumstances, as the parties had certain disputed transaction and various agreements, the Court below may be directed to consider his bail application on the same day. 2.

Considering the aforesaid submission, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to apply for grant of regular bail after surrender. In case, the applicant surrenders and applies for regular bail, the Court below shall be considered and decided the bail application as early as possible and not later than three days.
