1. Heard on admission.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Civil Suit No. 28A/2014 filed by the respondent under Section 12 of the Hindu Marriage Act on 19/03/2013 is pending consideration as there is no substantial progress in the trial.

3. I have heard the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner and went through the complete order sheets filed by the petitioner.

4. On perusal of record, it appears that the family Court, Bilaspur, where the civil suit remains pending, has not taken it seriously and in most unsatisfactory manner, has adjourned the matter. Be that as it may, the family Court, Bilaspur is directed to conclude the trial within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by taking up the matter on day to day basis.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition under article 227 of the constitution of India stands disposed of. No cost(s).
