Learned counsel for the parties would submit that the SLP(C) filed by the All India Council For Technical Education (AICTE) being SLP(C) No. 15925/2018 has been dismissed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 13.07.2018 and in the case of Shree Shree Vidya Sagar Ji Maharaj Education Trust and Another v. All India Council For Technical Education and Anr. , being Writ Petition (Civil) No. 532 of 2018, two weeks' time has been granted for counseling which states as under :- " In this view of the matter, we allow the writ petition and direct

the AICTE to grant recognition with all consequential reliefs including the relief of counseling, for the year 2018-19, which should be done within a period of two weeks from today." 2.

Accordingly, the contempt petition is also disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order passed in WP(C) No. 532 of 2018 as while dismissing the SLP, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has referred the order passed in Shree Shree Vidya Sagar Ji Maharaj Education Trust and Anr. (supra). The order be complied with accordingly. If the order is not complied with, the petitioner would be at liberty to proceed in accordance with law. Certified copy today.
