2. Counsel for the petitioner urged that the writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 5 to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure P-6 which is still pending before him.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission of the counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 5-Chief Executive Officer, Jila Panchayat, Kanker, Distt. Kanker (CG) to dispose of the representation Annexure P-6 filed by the petitioner which is pending before him, within a period of 60 days from the

date of receipt of a copy of this order according to law and procedure.

4. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case.
