Basant Chandrakar v. Gajendra Dewangan

HIGH COURT OF CHHATTISGARH, BILASPUR Order Sheet MCC No.438 of 2020 Basant Chandrakar Vs. Gajendra Dewangan & Others 23.09.2020 Shri Raghvendra Pradhan, Advocate for the applicant. The present MCC has been filed seeking clarification of the order dated 09.06.2020 passed in WPC No.1144 of 2020.

According to the counsel for the applicant, the respondent No.2, who was directed to take a decision on the application for correction of the revenue records, has not properly understood the order, thereby the order may be clarified to that extent.

Having gone through the observations made by this court, particularly in paragraph -3 of the order dated 09.06.2020 in WPC No.1144 of 2020, it is evidently clear that all that this court had directed was to take a decision after hearing all the concerned parties. The said observations of this court is as simple as it could be. This court does not find any observation which needs clarification of the said order. Rest is for the respondent No.2 to act upon in accordance with law.
