1. Since all the bail applications are arising out of the same crime number, they are being heard and decided by this common order.

MCRC No. 6152 of 2020 and MCRC No. 7359 of 2020

2. The applicants have preferred these applications under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., as they have been arrested in connection with Crime No.76/2017, registered at Police Station Kodenar, District- Bastar, Chhattisgarh for the Offences punishable under Sections 148, 302/149, 201/149, and 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4 and 5 of the Chhattisgarh Tonhi Pratadana Nivaran Adhiniyam 2005.

3. The applicants have allegedly committed murder of deceased Lachhinder Baghel.

4. The material available in the records indicates that the trial is at fag-end, as out of 26, 24 witnesses have already been examined.
