Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was initially posted at Muchnar where-from he was transferred on special duty at Geedam by order dated 15.05.2018. Thereafter, his services were placed in the Forest Barrier by order dated 16.08.2019. Subsequently, the petitioner was placed on special duty Geedam to Forester Nagfani, which is under Geedam and by present order dated 22.07.2020, he is transferred from Nagfani Range Geedam to Forest Barrier Nakulnagar, Range Bacheli. He would submit that the transfer has been made within a ban period, therefore, it is bad in law.

On the other hand, learned State counsel would submit that the petitioner has already been relieved.

Considering the submission of the parties, the petitioner is given liberty to make a representation to the Divisional Forest Officer Dantewada (Respondent No.2) within a period of 3 weeks and if such representation is made ventilating all the grievances of the petitioner, the same shall be decided within a further period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the representation.
