(2) This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.20/2009, registered at Police Station Tongpal, District Sukma, for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 395 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25/27 of the Arms Act.

(3) The applicants' first bail application was dismissed on

merits by order of this Court dated 15.12.2014 passed in M.Cr.C. No.5467/2014.

(4) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not consider it a fit case to entertain this second bail application. Consequently, the second bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial as per order of this Court dated 15.12.2014 and submit a report within a period of three months as to why the trial of the applicants is not concluded till now despite the order dated 15.12.2014.
