1. The limited grievance that the petitioner prays for is for appropriate direction to the respondents to consider his representation for being transferred to a place in an around Raipur or District Durg.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner is more than 60 years of age and is at present posted and discharging his duties in a core scheduled area in District Bijapur and in terms of the transfer policy of the State Government, the petitioner wants to be transferred to another place

-2closeby to Raipur or District Durg as he has got only around two years of service left for his superannuation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that another reason why the petitioner is seeking for a transfer out of Bijapur is the ill health as the petitioner for quite some time has been suffering from Paralysis on the right side with which he is unable to discharge his duties smoothly and finds it difficult in getting the regular treatment which he would get from on being posted in an around Raipur or District Durg. Further contention of the petitioner is that in the past also in the year 2019, the services of the petitioner was transferred to Raipur, however, after being relieved in less than 3 days' time the order of transfer was modified and he was again posted at Bijapur itself.

Given the aforesaid factual matrix of the case and also taking note of the limited relief that petitioner seeks and which is purely within the domain of respondents the present writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the petitioner to prefer a representation in respect of his grievances to respondent no.1 & 2, who in turn shall scrutinize and assess the grievance of the petitioner and take appropriate decision sympathetically at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid observation, the Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of.
