This petition is filed to review the order dated 02.01.2017 passed in Arbitration Application No. 47 of 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has proposed name of Mr. Justice Anand Vasant Nirgude, Former Judge Bombay High Court, D-1201, Lloyds Estate, Wadala East, Mumbai- 400037 as arbitrator of his side. 3.
Earlier, learned counsel for the respondent has proposed name of Mr. Pawan Kumar Aggarwal, ICA, Empanelled Arbitrator, 42, Gopal Bhawan, 199 Princess Street, Marine Lines, Mumbai- 400002. 4.
As both sides have proposed name of one arbitrator of their sides, let this order be communicated to the Secretariat, Standing Conference of
Public Enterprises (SCOPE), 1st Floor, Core- 8, SCOPE Complex, 7 Lodhi Road, New Delhi- 110003, who shall appoint the Presiding Arbitrator as per Rules within 15 days from receipt of this order. 5.
After constitution of arbitrators panel, the petitioner and the respondent may file their claim/ counter-claim before the aforesaid panel within a period of six weeks from constitution of the arbitrators panel with a request to dispose of the matter within prescribed period as per Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (amended). 6.
