This is first bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. preferred by the applicant before this Court and no other bail application is pending before any other Court.

Perused the case diary provided by the learned counsel for the State in connection with crime No. 133/2018 registered at Police Station - Pendra Road, District - Bilaspur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8, 9 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he wants to withdraw the bail application as all the material witnesses have been examined. He further submits that the Trial Court may be directed to

dispose off the case as early as possible.

Accordingly, the present bail application is disposed off with this direction that the trial Court shall dispose off the case as early as possible.
