Hon'ble Shri Justice Goutam Bhaduri Order on Board 10.08.2021 Heard.
1. The grievance of the petitioner is that petitioner is owner of Shubham Kiraya Bhandar, Raipur and pursuant to the tender has supplied tent, lights, chairs etc for departmental program organized on 25 and 26 February, 2017 and 25.08.2017 to 04.09.2017 and after that the petitioner has raised bill of Rs. 20,27,513 before the authorities but till date no payment has been made. He further submits that the petitioner has already made a representation before the respondents but the same has not been decided till date. He submits that the last representation was dated 04.06.2021. Learned counsel prays that presently the petitioner may be given liberty to make a fresh representation before the respondents with all necessary documents.
2. Considering the prayer made, the petitioner is given liberty to make a fresh representation before respondents with all necessary documents within 4 weeks, if such representation is filed respondents are directed to decide the same within a further period of 4 months from the date of receipt of the representation.
