The present MCC has been filed seeking restoration of WPC No. 749/2020 which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 2.3.2020. 2.

On due consideration of the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the opinion that sufficient case has been shown for non-removal of default within the time stipulated by this Court. Hence, a strong case for restoration is made out.

Accordingly, the present MCC is allowed and WPC No. 749/2020 is restored. No order as costs.
