1. Heard.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that due to inadvertence, the crime number was wrongly named in the earlier bail application. Therefore, the same crime number has been typed in the order allowing bail to the applicant.

3. This Court has summoned case diary of both the crime numbers i.e. crime number 21 and 37 of 2021 of Police Stations - Saraswati Nagar, Raipur and Purani Basti, Raipur (C.G.).

4. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that the offences have been registered under Section 392, 294 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code. Section 321 is wrongly typed in the previous order.

5. Learned State counsel has produced case diary of both the crime numbers i.e. 21 and 37 of 2021, Police Station-Saraswati Nagar, Raipur and Purani Basti, Raipur (C.G.). He submits that the crime registered against the applicant bears crime number 37/2021 of Police

CRMP No.818 of 2021 Station-Saraswati Nagar, Raipur (C.G.) for offences under Section 392, 294, 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the above, it is directed that the order passed on 28-07-2021 in MCRC No.3730/2021 is treated to have been passed in respect of crime bearing crime number 37/2021 registered at Police StationSaraswati Nagar, Raipur (C.G.) for offence under Section 392, 294, 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

7. Accordingly, the CRMP is disposed of.

8. Certified copy of this order be supplied alongwith certified copy of order passed in MCRC No.3730 of 2021.
