(2) This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.279/2015 registered at Police Station Jamul, District Durg, for the offence punishable under Sections 392, 341, 294, 506, 323/34, 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

(3) The applicants' first bail application was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 21.09.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No.4871/2015.

(4) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, I do not find any new good ground or any change in the circumstances of the case to entertain this second bail application. Consequently, the second bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
