Hon'ble Shri Justice Goutam Bhaduri Order on Board 02/09/2021 Heard.

1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had purchased land bearing khasra No.199/1 admeasuring 2500 sq.ft. from Jagdish Banjare by a registered sale deed on 1/02/2010 and she was placed to possession. The said land was mutated in the name of the petitioner vide order dated 14/05/2010, the mutation was made in the manual records. In the year 2020 the petitioner since wanted to sell the land and when the enquiry was made it was found that the entry has not been made on line in the revenue record, therefore she could not sell the land as she was in urgent need of money. It is further submitted that when she approached before the

respondent No.2, the Collector but it has not been done. Thereafter, the application have been filed before the Collector, SDO and the Tehsildar which may be directed to be decided within a stipulated time.

2. Learned State counsel would submit that the application filed by the petitioner Annexure P-5 shall be decided as early as possible.

3. Considering the nature of the submission and the trivial issue, the respondents are directed to decide the application of the petitioner Annexure P-5 within a further period of 15 days from the date of receipt of this order. The petitioner shall be at liberty to file a copy of the Annexure P-5 afresh with the certified copy of the order to all the respondents.
