1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken up through video conferencing.
2. Learned counsel for the submits that though the offence has been registered against the respondents No.6 & 7 but have not been arrested yet.
3. Mr. Mohit Kumar, learned counsel, submits that anticipatory bail has been granted. The FIR has been registered against respondents No.6 & 7 and the police is investigating the case, therefore, no direction can be issued against the concerned respondents. It is for the Police Authority to proceed in accordance with law.
4. With the aforesaid observation, the instant writ petition stands disposed of.
