Challenge in this petition is to an order of transfer dated 14.08.2017. 3.

The petitioner is continuing on the strength of the interim order in the very same place from which she was sought to be transferred.

More than four years have gone by and as such the transfer order has spent its force. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of providing that the respondents shall not insist on implementation of the transfer order dated 14.08.2017. However, liberty is reserved to the respondents to pass such orders, as may be considered appropriate, in the interest of public service and administrative exigency.

The petition stands disposed of in terms of the above directions and observations.
