1. The petitioner has filed this petition with a limited prayer for a direction to the respondents to release the honorarium amount that is payable to the petitioner in the capacity of Angan Badi Worker.
2. According to the petitioner, she has been appointed as Angan Badi Worker on 30.05.2006 and continued to work till 03.03.2008. Thereafter her services were terminated which was later on recalled by the Commissioner and she has been reinstated in service on 17.02.2012 and since then continuously discharging the duties of Angan Badi Worker till date but she has not been paid monthly honorarium that she is entitled for.

Given the limited relief that the petitioner has, subject to verification of facts, this court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents No.2 to 4 to scrutinize the claim of the petitioner so far as release of her honorarium amount is concerned and an appropriate decision be taken at the earliest within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
