1. The applicants have preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as they are in jail since 14-7-2020 in connection with Crime No. 68 of 2020 registered in Police Station- Chowki -Wadrafnagar, Police Station Basantpur, District Balrampur-Ranujganj (CG).

2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicants, on instructions, seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file a fresh application as and when

occasion arises.

3. Accordingly, the instant bail petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
