Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that petitioners' land have been acquired by respondent No. 2 for establishment of Steel Plant in lieu of which no rehabilitation has been granted to them as per the State rehabilitation policy.

Be that as it may, the petitioners are at liberty to make representation before the respondent No. 2 for redressal of their grievance within a period of two weeks from today that will be considered and decided by the said respondent authority within a period of two weeks thereafter. 3.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
