1. The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he is in jail since 27-7-2020 in connection with Crime No. 34 of 2020 registered in Police Station- Chowki-Balangi, Police Station Raghunathnagar, District Balrampur-Ranujganj (CG).

2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file a fresh application as and when occasion arises.

3. Accordingly, the instant bail petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
