Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner's land has been acquired by respondent No. 2 for establishment of Steel Plant in lieu of which no rehabilitation has been granted to the petitioner as per the State rehabilitation policy.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation before the respondent No. 2 for redressal of his grievance within a period of two weeks from today that will be considered and decided by the said respondent authority within a period of two weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
