Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though petitioner's land was acquired by respondent No. 4 but in lieu employment to his grand son Ramnarayan Rathore was given on the basis of forged agreement dated 21.08.2012, against which the petitioner has made complaint but till date respondent No. 4 has not taken any decision on the said complaint.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
The complaint made by the petitioner was got inquired by respondent No. 4 on the direction of Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), District Janjgir Champa but no final decision has been taken by respondent No. 4. Therefore, the respondent No. 4 is directed to take action against the complaint made by the petitioner expeditiously. 4.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
