1. The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. for following relief:- "It is therefore, most humbly and respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the present petition and issued a direction to the court below i.e. Additional Sessions Judge, Gharghoda, District- Raigarh to conclude trial in Sessions Trial No. 63/2018 as expeditiously as possible within a fixed time schedule preferably 2-3 months in the interest of justice"

2. The Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 18.01.2021 passed in MCRC No. 8087 of 2020 (Surajbhan Sidar Vs. State of Chhattisgarh) rejected the application of the accused/applicant for grant of bail and directed the trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the case as soon as possible from the date of receipt of copy of the above said order, therefore, no further direction is required to be issued in the present case in terms of the earlier order dated 18.01.2021 passed by the Coordinate Bench.

3. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present CRMP is disposed of.
