1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the petition, order has been issued towards grant of revised pay scale. However, complete benefit as claimed has not been granted. It is also submitted that the writ appeal has also been filed by the State.

2. In view of the submission made, at this stage, the Contempt Petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to revive in case eventuality so arises or to move separate petition for claiming those parts of benefit which have not been extended.
