The grievance of the petitioner in this petition is the inaction on the part of the respondents in regularizing the services of the petitioner. The claim of the petitioner is that petitioner was working under the respondents as daily wage employee since 29.09.2014, as such the petitioner has put in more than 7 years of service and therefore the authorities concerned should consider regularizing the services of the petitioner in accordance with law at the earliest. The counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition at this juncture may be disposed of directing the respondents to consider and to take an appropriate decision on the claim of the petitioner for regularization at the earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is ordered accordingly.

It is made clear that this court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. The authorities would be free to take a decision on the claim of the petitioner purely in accordance with rules and regulations governing the field.
